COACHES COMMENTS:

"I just wanted to say what a great job you all did last night. The team is really coming together as a unit now. We will get stronger as the season moves on, but it's a great start. We have been famous for slow starts in the past so I must say to start the season off with a victory is very important. I think we will get stronger and I think we will need to get stronger with the competition left ahead of us. Believe me the teams we will face in the near future will be a lot tougher than what we've seen so far. We will have to be ready. This means picking it up a notch! Although we pretty much dominated the game last night there were some opportunities that Pfizer blew. Including hitting the post at one point. I've seen games lost that way. I think (like I mentioned last night) we need to play a more attacking style game. More people pushing forward. When we did this we scored and took over the game. If we maintain on defense and don't score not only can we not win, but one lucky break for the other team and we have a loss on our hands. The motto for this season is no losses. We need to cruise into the playoffs with no losses so we can get a good playoff seed. This will include a buy for the first round. I will try to get everyone ample playing time through out the season. I hope everyone realizes that the goal of the team is winning. I hope everyone on this team is aiming for the same goal, because that's what we are about. I will make moves throughout games that I feel are the right formula to win games. Although, you may or may not agree with some of these moves I hope you understand that as your coach I take the responsibility of creating a formula that I think will win games. Gentlemen, let's have fun, and bring home some wins. We have the opportunity this year to make history with this team. We have never won it all yet. This year I think we have the talent to do it! Let's kick some ass!"
